How are the paintings shipped?
They are all shipped UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation.
When will the paintings be shipped?
The paintings will be shipped by June 10, 2013.
Can I see the painting before you ship it?
Unfortunately not. We are able to offer the discount by eliminating the usual back and forth.
Will you make changes on the painting after it is completed?
No.
Are there refunds?
No, all sales are final. If there is a mistake on our part we will do everything we can to make it right.
Can I have more than one person in the painting?
Only one person or pet per photo is allowed, if you would like a painting with two people/pets please purchase the "2 people or pet" product, etc...
